国家碳一化学工程技术研究中心于1992年由原国家科委批准组建，依托单位是西南化工研究设计院有限公司。

　　国家碳一化学工程技术研究中心技术委员会主任是古共伟教授级高级工程师，中心主任是王晓东教授级高级工程师，中心副主任是成雪清、陈鹏教授级高级工程师。
　　国家碳一化学工程技术研究中心面向材料与能源领域的技术需求，以合成清洁燃料与碳一化学系列产品为研究重点，旨在为能源与化工原料多元化、非石油路线制备大宗化学品提供技术支撑。
　　20余年来，该中心在烃类转化、合成甲醇及下游产品、含碳废气资源化利用等方向取得了一系列工程化成果和显著的成果转化业绩。该中心在国家科技部组织的中期评估中连续获得“优秀”，还被评为国家科技计划执行优秀团队。
 

About NERC for C1 Chemistry
　　 Affiliated to SWRDICI, National Engineering Research Centre of C1 Chemistry was estalished in 1992 with approval of former State Scientific and Technological Commission.
　　 Taking clean fuel and C1 based chemicals synthesis as its key R&D areas , the centre has been providing technological support for diversification of energy and chemical raw materials, and meeting the technological demand of advanced material industry and energy filed.
　　 With more than 20 years of great endeavor, a series of technological achievements have been abtained in areas of hydrocarbon reforming, methanol synthesis and its downstream , resources utilization of industrail vent gas containing carbon. It was evaluated as “excellent” continuously in the interim operational evaluton and evaluated as the “excellent executive team of National Science and Technology Plan”.
